VOMIT Positive: NA Negative: Disgusting place,basic hygiene level was zero,human hairs in bathroom on toilet,in toilet,next to shower,in sink,on tiles and carpet,in kitchen utensils drawer was massive long black human hair,and the bed linen were scrunched;used and stunk,full of human hairs,bodily fluids and dark orange drains.I booked for a 5 night stay to recover from surge and was up all night speaking to bookings.com ,they could not contact owner who called me at 6.40 AM to say she was asleep and claimed everything was “Brand New” ,I was the sole customer as seen in surveillance,I took video and photos of the filth and thus was put forward to Ange by Bookings.com She refused a full refund ,offering she get cleaners to clean it ,no thanks!.Finally she agreed ,refused again and agreed to a full refund which I received a week later..This has tarnished Bookings.com Shame on not even providing level 1 of basic hygiene standard for Flinders st Accomodation in the heart of Melbourne. Just awful and gad to go back to hospital over high anxiety and not sleeping all night,eating or recovering from surgery ,for an immunocompromised disabled person ,I will never forget this horrible,rude and lying owner who thinks can make a quick buck from innocent people and get away with it. I hope Bookings.com no longer associates themselves with Snge as they are a reputable service I have used for the last 9 years of my local and overseas travels, Samira Mahic
