We all enjoyed ourselves Positive: Good location. It had a bath. Negative: The pillows are way too soft

Positive: A great location, only 10minutes to be over the West Gate Bridge and the on street parking was convinient and reliably available. WIFI and some streaming services available on the TV good also. Negative: The property advertises being air conditioned, there is one 90's model reverse cycle air conditioner mounted in lounge at the rear of the house. Unfortunately it also appears it has not been cleaned since the 90s, with more dust then what one would expect to find in Tutankhamun's tomb in the filters. Bedrooms were supplied with a desk fan in one, and a USB fan in the other that a mouse fart would produce more airflow than. Recommend to BYO an alternatives in the warmer months. TLC is needed throughout, be prepared for intimate moments with who you are staying with as the Bathroom/Toilet door is unable to be closed. Back yard overgrown etc.

Comfortable accommodation, great location! Positive: Fabulous location to train station and village of Yarraville. Really comfortable beds slept well! Negative: No usable dishwasher, garden area could do with weeding!

The location made it. Positive: The location. Negative: It needs some TLC. Plus, a grab rail in the shower/bath.

Loved our stay here, it was homely. Positive: Loved the location and the 5-10min walk to the village. Beds were really comfy. The house stayed nice and cool on hot days. Negative: Cleanliness could be improved on a little but it was no biggy.
