Hugely overpriced Positive: Good location and clean during check in Negative: Hugely overpriced ($1500 for 9 nights) with tiny bedroom; shared bathroom not cleaned during entire stay; broken shower head that flopped forward making it impossible to shower without holding the shower head; toilet that splashed water on the floor; the cheapest / flattest pillows; wifi on smart tv constantly cutting out; thin walls and noise coming from other rooms; no bath despite being advertised as having a bath and shower. Advertised as an apartment/ luxury hotel which it most definitely is not. More like a hostel with the majority of space advertised being shared with other guests. I stayed in Melbourne the year before at the Punthill Essendon North during the exact same time, and had an actual entire apartment with a kitchen in the room, small private balcony, and a bathroom that was not shared for the same price. Feeling very ripped off.

Good stay, value for money. I would stay here again. Positive: Clean property, good bed big space. Negative: The bathroom was located in the hallway.
