I have no idea about this Positive: The room is private and quiet Negative: It seems that it’s lack of understanding of what the customer needs

Don’t go there! Positive: The room was refurbished and had modern decor. Negative: I was not sent the address with other information- uber driver- got the approximate location from b.com maps. It’s a dodgy area and I had to wait for a manager to ring me back with street no. Building was rough looking and no sign on the outside to say it was the right place. I got in room ok - jug and fridge provided but no cups/ mugs in room or anything to put in them! Came back after dinner- settled in to watch the smart t.v. at around 9pm. From about 9.05pm I received texts from the manager saying there was a complaint and the t.v. was too loud. I turned it down so it was just audible to me but the harassing texts continued- followed by someone banging on my door at regular intervals. At 10pm I was told that I’d have to leave if I didn’t turn it off. They were threatening to throw a 61 year old woman out into a very unsavoury area! There rules are no loud noise after 9pm - a t.v on at a volume just audible to the occupant of the room is not loud! Why provide a smart t.v. and then you can’t listen to it between 9pm and 8am! I left as soon as it was light.
